Shipping Policy
The Customer may exercise a right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product(s) ordered. In any event, only Products returned in their complete and intact original packaging will be taken back.
Products returned incomplete, damaged, or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn, will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the Customer.
The Customer must notify his decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement by e-mail toneattiflorence@gmail.com or by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
The return costs are at your charge and FLORENCE TONÉATTI will pay, in case of exchange, the shipping costs of the new jewel.
The reimbursement will be made by the same method of payment as the one chosen by the Customer at the time of the initial order.

Delivery Time
Packages are normally dispatched within 5 days of receipt of your full payment, when the jewel is in stock.
Delivery times for products that are not in stock are given as an indication only (between 4 and 8 weeks approximately, excluding the period when the site is closed).
