Any service accomplished by the salesman FLORENCE TONÉATTI implies the adhesion without reserve of the purchaser to the present general conditions of sale.
The seller reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer.

The list of products offered is available on the seller's website. These products are accessible within the limits of available stocks.

The products are described and presented (wording, characteristics, prices) with the greatest possible accuracy.

The photographs on the site are as representative as possible, but as the models are manufactured by a craftsman, slight differences in their shapes or patterns compared to the photograph may exist.

The photographs and description of the products are only indicative and do not commit FLORENCE TONÉATTI which reserves the right, at any time, to add and/or remove products and/or to modify the presentation of the products without any particular formality towards the Internet users.

All the products are made of metal (silver or brass) and are stamped FT, when possible.

Price

The prices appearing in the online catalogue on the site are prices including VAT in euros (VAT not applicable, article 293-B of the CGI).
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the online catalogue on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

The prices indicated do not include transport and delivery costs, unless otherwise indicated. These costs are calculated according to the weight and destination, during the order process, according to the scales in force at La Poste, for Colissimo, Colissimo recommandé or Chronopost shipments. The amount of the delivery costs is indicated to the customer before the validation of the order.

The prices of the products are indicated including all taxes. For exports outside the European Union, the customer may be subject to customs duties and/or import taxes. FLORENCE TONÉATTI has no control over these costs.

Payment Methods

The price is payable at the time of ordering. The accepted methods of payment are :

The payment of the Customer's purchases is made by credit card from the CB, Visa and Mastercard networks. The Customer communicates, in a secure environment, the number, the expiry date as well as the three numbers of the visual cryptogram appearing on his bank card. Delivery Times

Packages are normally dispatched within 5 days of receipt of your full payment, when the jewel is in stock.

Delivery times for products that are not in stock are given as an indication only (between 4 and 8 weeks approximately, excluding the period when the site is closed).

Return and Exchange

The Customer may exercise a right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product(s) ordered. In any event, only Products returned in their complete and intact original packaging will be taken back.

Products returned incomplete, damaged, or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn, will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the Customer.

The Customer must notify his decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement by e-mail toneattiflorence@gmail.com or by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.

Major Force

The responsibility of FLORENCE TONÉATTI cannot be implemented if the non-execution or the delay in the execution of all or part of its obligations described in the present general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. For this reason, the force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event in the sense of the article 1148 of the civil code.
